Mr. Phillip Pondikou, was the Secretary-General of the Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries (ANRPC) during 2004-2007. After his tenure at the ANRPC, Mr. Pondikou was serving as Rubber Adviser to the Department of Agriculture and Livestock, Government of Papua New Guinea and was actively involved in the country’s developmental activities in the rubber industry.
